We are looking for an analytical, strategical and problem solving oriented person, with project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a team of 20 plus GL associates/sr. associates directly or indirectly managing a team of up to 40 team members Handle a team of 20 plus GL associates/sr. associates directly or indirectly managing a team of up to 40 team members;

• Achieving KPIs / SLAs contractually agreed with the customer as hygiene, continuously improving on performance benchmarks;

• Analyzing data and trends, implementing projects for continuous improvement based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies;

• Develop action plans, coaching and mentoring team members in order to form team members.

Cerinte:

• Expertise of Accounting and financial reporting and/or USGAAP and/or IFRS – ACCA or additional accounting qualification (advantage);

• 3-5 years of experience in team handling for finance services projects in BPO/Shared Services industry or in an accounting domain for any industry;

• Coaching and Mentoring skills;

• Analytical skills with attention to details;

• Strong knowledge / background or experience of ERP systems;

• Good English skills;

• Excellent PC skills (MS Products specifically).

Descrierea postului:

Responsibility for processing accounts receivable or accounts payable transaction;
Sales reports and miscellaneous invoices to ensure that the KPIs related to these activities are achieved;
Monitor and clear ‘on hold’ invoices in a timely manner
Share Supplier statement reconciliation within the team
Responsibility for activities assigned by the team lead;
Processing internal accounting documents (corrections, reclassifications etc.);
Controlling the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy (especially at the end of the month);
Communication and cooperation with supervisor to ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering data within agreed deadlines);
Communicating with the client (including other internal departments), travel agents, sales offices or other external parties in relation to processed activities and solving issues;
Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues (within the project);

Cerinte:

At least 1 year experience in accounting
SPANISH/ ITALIAN/ PORTUGUESE/ DUTCH/ SWEDISH and English are a must
CIMA certificate- nice to have
Keen to take ownership responsibility
Proactive in solving day to day issues
Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
Good communication and development skills
Team player
Flexible approach
Experience of Oracle or SAP Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable systems preferable
