The projects we are working on are software applications design and development mostly in the domain of construction (virtual building modeling), code maintenance, software testing, software support and development of web and e-commerce solutions. Developers at Codespring work together with clients from USA, Germany, Hungary and take an active part in the software design and development.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• - responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
• - specifying market requirements for current and future services / products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and potential customers
• - evaluates customer research, IT market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed
• - analyze and recommend appropriate changes of marketing strategies to respective managers
• - promoting and improving the image of the company (online marketing, participation at exhibitions, etc.)
• - oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
• - developing and implementing a company related market plan, working with all departments to execute-
• - development of sales strategies according to previous market research
• - writing proposals for new business (services / products)
• - report ongoing activities to Management/Board of Directors and keep the company continuous improvement efforts on track
• - provide monthly reports on problem areas
• - timely statistical data analysis and marketing / sales presentations to upper management

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• - 2-3 years experience in marketing management / sales area
• - at least 2 years experience and knowledge of software industry
• - strategic planning experience
• - good communicational and organizational skills
• - strong leadership skills
• - competency in decision-making, flexibility, planning
• - self-initiative and interpersonal skills
• - strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the company
• - knowledge of English and Hungarian is a must
• - knowledge of German is optional
