Descrierea postului:
• Handle customers’, channel partners’ and regional sales questions, retrieve the essence of the question/problem, and define applicable components/configurations.• Handle sample requests and requests for technical documentation.
• Keep track of product configurations and available build components
• Register complaints, quality issues and reported (by production) deviations, generate necessary documents and start appropriate actions.
• Assess complaints and quality issues
• Inform customer on the formal test results and report findings to the sales organization; propose on corrective actions from technical point of view.
• Assess customer product applications/requests, make suggestions on the components, and interface with the client and/or the application engineer.
• Inform customers and channel partners on technical issues/components that can improve their product.
• Monitor, guide the request from sample up to customers design approval.
Cerinte:
• University degree in Engineering (Mechanics or Electronics)
• Minimum 1 year engineering experience in the temperature sensing and control in a B2B environment in general and the heating, appliance or automotive market in particular.
• Proficient in use of Auto-cad and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
• Attention to details and good organization skills are required for this position
• Ability to work in an international team
