Wayfinder's Project Management Team manages all development projects at Wayfinder. As a Project Manager your main responsibilities are to manage and deliver development projects on time and within budget. You will provide - personally or by organizing a team technical know how to Marketing & Services and Content & Content Services in order to facilitate their work with new products or services. You will also provide the project teams in Development & Operations with a framework for their work. Apart from close cooperation with the members of your team, interaction with other parts of Wayfinder will be a natural and very important part of your work.

Cerinte:

In order for us to consider you as a candidate, you are required to have a minimum of 3-5 years experience from leading software development projects. The successful applicant has hands-on experience from agile project methods like SCRUM or similar. You have experience and skills in leading and developing people. Knowledge in programming and software design and architecture is desired. Most likely you are familiar with mobile phone application development and you might have a technical background.

As a person you are characterized by drive, ambition and social skills. You are good atinspiring, motivating and leading others and you aim to continuously develop your managerial skills. You are an excellent communicator and a result oriented team player. The quality in your work is always in focus and your strategic and analytical skills are outstanding. Your English reading and writing is fluent.
