PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

Local implementation of the regional PR strategy and fulfillment of local PR specific tasks. Coordination of sponsorship activities, corporate marketing and brand implementation, as well as development of the company website and external communication with mass-media.

MAIN TASKS:

• - Implementation of the PR regional strategy of the Group in Romania.
• - Responsible for external communication issues and maintaining and strengthening the collaboration with the local media. Preparing Q&As. Media purchasing, media analysis.
• - Maintain the relationship with the local mass-media and newspapers, creation and placement of PR articles and organizing press conferences in collaboration with PR agencies.
• - Elaboration of background materials on themes at group or regional level for the management.
• - Planning and organizing local events.
• - Ensure compliance with the company policy with regards to sponsorship activities; elaboration proposals for sponsorship and donation and managers the realization.
• - Supervise the performance of obligations specified in the sponsorship agreements, elaborate and implement the external communication.
• - Measure the acceptance rate and satisfaction indicators of the brands managed and persons sponsored by the department among the population and institutional users.
• - Marketing communication support for other departments.
• - Corporate marketing, researches, photo database, manufacturing marketing tools.
• - Brand development local implementation.
• - B2B publications.
• - Budget planning, financial issues, controlling reports.

Cerinte:

• University degree Diploma in communication, or social studies or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in communications or related fields
• Strong communication skills;

• Word, Excel, Outlook Hungarian – fluent;
• English – fluent;
