Skadool is a privately held startup in the web 2.0 social networking arena. We are working on a revolutionary collaboration and socialization system. The company has operated in the Cluj area for over two years and will be launching their service in 2009.

We intend to fill this position immediately.  We are looking for self-starters who want to work in a place where their efforts contribute directly to the success of a cutting-edge software company.

Responsibilities:

• to be fully responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of the web application, ensuring that brand continuity is maintained
• create wireframes and mockups to demonstrate features prior to code being written
• working with customers and other users to get feedback on mockups and features
• fit and develop existing web app esthetic

Ideal Candidate Background:

• good HTML/CSS experience
• a proven track designing public web sites and applications (portfolio)
• strong good oral and written communication skills

Plus Points:

• good exposure to Web 2.0 sites and JavaScript code
