Descrierea postului:

Plans the resourcing and hires the people for the material control team within the supply operations team. Organising and controlling of the interior material flow in the factory. Maintaining minimal scrap and rework levels. Controlling and correcting the material stocks. Sets targets and challenges, evaluate performance for the team members and make recommendations for their benefits

Cerinte:

University degree in Technical field 2 – 3 years experience in production, lean manufacturing, quality management systems, material control or process control Good communication skills in English (written and oral) SAP operating skills constitute an advantage The ability to lead teams across multiple shifts Good communication, negotiation skills Analytical, organized and proactive attitude
