PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

- Participate in the delivery of onsite/ nearshore/ offshore work packages for a specific solution/ technology area in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer projects;

- Business process-oriented consulting;

- Need to demonstrate strong Knowledge and experience in relevant functional/ technology domain;

- May need to independently plan and handle presentations/workshops with the customer.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications or Business Administration or a Chartered Accountant);

- Good planning & organizational skills;

- Committed attitude;

- Strong customer focus;

- Good interpersonal skills;

- Good team work spirit;

- Continuous learning;

- Open minded, interested in new technologies;

- SAP Certification is an advantage.

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3 years experience with good knowledge and understanding of processes;

- Good Experience in object oriented ABAP skills;

- Good Experience on BAPI's, BADI's, Enhancement/Switch Framework;

- Experience to offshore development model/ASAP methodology;

- Experience in QA/QC processes;

- Experience in understanding functional requirements;

- Good Analytical and Communication skills; - Netweaver ABAP Certification is a big plus;

- Good knowledge of BTE (Business Transaction Events) is preferred;

- Good knowledge of BDT (Business Data Toolset) is preferred;

- Good experience/knowledge on ADOBE forms/Workflows is preferred;

- Good experience/knowledge on Solution Manager Implementation Tool is preferred;

- Previous experience of Development on Banking Services 6.0 is preferred.

LANGUAGES

- Verbal and written communication skills in English;

- Good presentation and written communication skills in German language.

MOBILITY

- Availability to travel ~ 80% of working time for projects with extended durations (beyond 6 months).
